Reimbursement on a sliding scale for primary jobs created.

Industrial Revenue Bonds

The Hale County Industrial Development Corporation facilitates the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds in Hale County and surrounding counties for industrial and environmental purposes. The interest from these bonds is tax-free to the holder, allowing companies to secure a lower interest rate when financing their project. Over time, this can result in substantial interest savings.

Supports Texas leadership in semiconductor research, design, and manufacturing.
