The commissioners heard an update on road development and the state of construction from the Plain View Orchard Wind Farm group.
Group spokesman, attorney Joe Heflin, gave the commissioners an update on the work the group will do on county roads in the area around the proposed wind farm that will be located northwest of Plainview.
